NADZRUL NIEZAR BIN ABU HANIFAH
Nadzrul Niezar graduated with a Bachelor of Law with honours (LLB Hons.) from the University of Technology Mara (UiTM). He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.
He commenced his practice at Messrs Culaz & Associates where he handled various litigation matters particularly Employment Law, Land Dispute & Recovery, Debt Recovery, Wills, Probate & Estate Administration among others.
- Acted as Junior Counsel for the Plaintiff in suing the Local Authorities (MPKj) to reclaim ownership of land. (Tan Chin Hock @ Sunny V. Majlis Perbandaran Kajang & Ors [2023] CLJU 599)
- Acted as Junior Counsel for the Plaintiff in suing an individual for fraudulent transfer of land. (Tan Chin Hock @ Sunny & Anor V. Chan Teng Yoon & Anor [2024] CLJU 1650 )
- Acted as Junior Counsel for the Company in an unfair dismissal suit against the Company by the employee. (Masri Bin Mohd Akher vs Maju Senja Sdn Bhd 2164/2022)
- Acted as Junior Counsel for the employee in an unfair dismissal suit against the Company by the employee. (Chin Kim Meng vs General Labels & Labelling (M) Sdn. Bhd. [2023] 4 ILR 247)
- Acted as Lead Counsel for 52 homeowners in suing a developer for late vacant possession, liquid ascertained damages (LAD) and rebate.
Subsequently, believing it is time to spread his wings he proceeded to set-up Chambers of Nadzrul Niezar as a sole proprietor.
He is also the Co-Author of “Understanding Aircraft Airworthiness Business Ecosystem” Book.
